We are delighted to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we offer free shipping from our warehouses in Japan, China by e Packet or EMS and in the US by USPS.
SHIPPING DIRECTLY AND FREE TO USA AND CANADA
We focus on U.S. and Canada. If there is a product that you are interested in, do not hesitate to contact us, as we can send it to you. Remember that there are some places we cannot ship to for various reasons. If you find yourself in that situation, please contact us. *Orders with multiple products may be shipped out in separate packages.
Most Pre-Orders will be delayed by 1-2 months. If your pre-order is delayed, you will be notified via email by the end of the month. Remember that you can always contact us to know the status of your order.
KAMI REGARDING CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country.
But if any of these events were to happen, you can write to us at email@example.com with the subject: “Kami, please help me with my taxes”. *Tax Help applies for products over 100 dollars.
In that email, please indicate the product purchased and show us the screenshot of the requested tax. Our action will be to return a previously analyzed percentage of your purchase through PayPal so that you can complete the payment of that tax.
Remember the following:
If your purchase has been for a product less than $100, you cannot apply for tax assistance.
If you have bought 2 or more products under $100, but they add up to an amount greater than $100, you can apply for tax help.
If you have purchased a product over $100, you can apply for tax help.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This does not include our 1-5 day processing time. (Latam no Kami will work to do it immediately, but please take into consideration that the supply companies we work with may not be in the same time zone.)
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships, although sometimes due to free shipping, it will not be available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
How to use the tracking system:
- Paste the tracking code in the search bar. ( If it says: “This number can’t be found at this moment”, don’t worry. The tracking system is just acknowledging the products that have already arrived in the USA and have been updated to the USPS (United States Postal Service) system data. Once it is in the respective country, the information will appear.
- You will see the words “United States (USPS)” and “unknown”.
- Click on the USPS word hyperlink (The one that is blue-colored).
- A new window will appear where you’ll have to select a carrier. Write in the search bar: “Cainiao“. The company is from China.
After the carrier selection, it will appear the tracking information of your order. If nothing appears yet, “do not fret”. This event only occurs when the Cainiao tracking system is waiting for the seller’s dispatch.
The same might happen when tracking Canada orders. In that case, once in the country, you can still check it with Cainiao or change it to Canada Post.
