¿How are the packages shipped?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by authorized courier services based on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.
¿We ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping worldwide. However, we focus on Latin America. However, we will be happy to help you if you contact us to send your order to any part of the planet.
¿What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country.

¿Do you provide tracking information??
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships containing your tracking information. If you have not received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at this time".
For some shipping companies, the tracking information is updated in the system in 2-5 business days. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.
¿Will my items be shipped in a package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us, and we will do our best to help you.
All orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped yet. If you have paid for your order and need to cancel it or make a change, you have 12 hours to contact us. Once the shipping and handling process has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment for the ordered products if:
- you received the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 days processing) you can request a refund or reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused.
Take in consideration that we do not issue the refund if
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of LatamKami (ie not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) expires. You can do it by sending a message to the Contact us page.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If, for any reason, you wish to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must first contact us, and we will guide you through the steps.
