¿How are the packages shipped?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by authorized courier services based on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped via USPS.

¿We ship worldwide?

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, we focus on U.S. and Canada. If there is a product that you are interested in, do not hesitate to contact us, as we can send it to you. Remember that there are some places we cannot ship to for various reasons. If you find yourself in that situation, please contact us. *Orders with multiple products may be shipped out in separate packages. Most Pre-Orders will be delayed by 1-2 months. If your pre-order is delayed, you will be notified via email by the end of the month. Remember that you can always contact us to know the status of your order.

¿What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be sent to you and may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country. But if any of these events were to happen, you can write to us at with the subject: “Kami, please help me with my taxes”. *Tax Help applies for products over 100 dollars. In that email, please indicate the product purchased and show us the screenshot of the requested tax. Our action will be to return a previously analyzed percentage of your purchase so that you can complete the payment of that tax. Remember the following: If your purchase has been for a product less than $100, you cannot apply for tax assistance. If you have bought 2 or more products under $100, but they add up to an amount greater than $100, you can apply for tax help. If you have purchased a product over $100, you can apply for tax help.

¿Do you provide tracking information??

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships, although sometimes due to free shipping it will not be available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be shipped in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. For some shipping companies, the tracking information is updated in the system in 2-5 business days. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information about your tracking number, please contact us.

¿Will my items be shipped in a package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase are sometimes shipped in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped yet. If you have paid for your order and need to cancel it or make a change, you have 12 hours to contact us. Once the shipping and handling process has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you may request a refund or reshipment for the ordered products if:

  • you received the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 days processing) you can request a refund or reshipment.
  • If you received the wrong item, you can request a refund or reshipment.
  • If you do not want the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused.

Take in consideration that we do not issue the refund if:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond the control of LatamKami (ie not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances beyond the control of

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) expires. You can do it by sending a message to the Contact us page.

If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


If, for any reason, you wish to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size product. You must first contact us, and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not return your purchase to us unless we authorize you to do so.
